Portland Powder Coating, inc

I think the mark of a 5-star business really shines when things don't go as expected. Juan handled my project exceptionally. My bicycle frame looks amazing and because of Juan's help, I am looking forward to taking my next frame to them as soon as my current build is done. Exceptional business. 5 stars without question. You can trust them to do it right.

Portland Powder Coating took good care of me cleaning up my porch rails a few years ago and just nailed it with powder coating the beadlock trim rings on "Trigger". Big thanks to Juan for the clear communication, great service, and quality work!

Portland Powder Coating always delivers a superior product and they have the facilities to accommodate very large items needing powder coating. Having on site sandblasting is also very helpful.

I had 4 outdoor chairs and a lounger sand blasted and powder coated here. Couldn't be happier with the results. Worth the wait. This company is busy because they do great work.

I want to start my review by saying the work they do is really good, but their customer service is terrible. I have taken things here twice now and both times I have called a month later wondering the status of the powder coating and both times they forgot to put my items in the queue of work. I have also been told on the phone that they would call me back to confirm things, and I would never receive a call back. So if you don’t mind project managing them to finish your stuff, I would recommend them. I prefer not to. I am usually one not to write reviews, but I want to warn anyone from my experience both times working with them. They did give me a slight discount for the time delay, but I would rather pay more elsewhere. They offered to fix their rush job error, but I was just too tired of dealing with them.
